Employment Litigation Of Counsel

Duties: Defend and litigate lawsuits involving employment-related claims and agency charges. Advise, counsel, and train employers on employment and labor law issues. Represent employers in court, arbitration, and before administrative agencies. Handle employment matters including class/collective actions, discrimination, harassment, and more. Class Action experience preferred but not required.

Requirements: JD from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials. 9+ years of experience in employment litigation with first-chair experience. Current Bar admission in MN in good standing. Supervisory experience over associate and paralegal work. In-depth understanding of state and federal agency procedures. EducationJuris Doctor (JD) degree.
