Fully remote position Flexible schedule options Competitive pay (based on experience) Consistent case flow Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth Job Details Responsibilities: Managing a personal injury caseload from intake through settlement or litigation Reviewing new cases and helping determine strategy early on Drafting and filing pleadings, motions, discovery, and demand packages Handling negotiations with insurance adjusters to maximize settlements Staying on top of deadlines, case updates, and follow-ups Working closely with support staff and California-based team to keep cases moving Qualifications: Active Arizona bar license (required) 1 years of experience in personal injury Experience handling cases independently or with minimal supervision Comfortable negotiating settlements and dealing with insurance companies Litigation experience is a plus, but not required Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required Strong writing skills (motions, demands, general legal docs) Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple cases at once Interested in hearing more?
