Role Description: This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Cloud / Help Desk Tech. The Junior Cloud / Help Desk Tech will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, help desk support, and computer repair for desktop computers. They will be required to work on-site in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications: Experience with desktop computers, technical support, and troubleshooting Proficiency in help desk support and computer repair Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and remotely Experience in a similar role is a plus Associate's degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field 0365/Azure experience a PLUS+
