PT/FT Kitchen Cook

JOB DESCRIPTION Love to Cook? Love to Make People Happy? We Do Too! Join Our Growing Team! Rosati's Pizza, a Chicagoland Favorite since 1964 is looking for hard working, experienced kitchen cooks. FT & PT shifts available. The Kitchen Line/Prep Cooks prepare and cook a variety of pastas, entrees, salads, and sandwiches. Shifts during the week usually after 3pm and run till 8pm Responsibilities: Refer to daily prep list at the start of each shift for assigned duties Understand and comply consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures Prepare a variety of meats, poultry, vegetables and other food items for cooking in stoves, ovens, fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment Ensure quality of all menu items Maintain a clean and sanitary work station area Perform other related duties as assigned by the Manager Qualifications: 1-3 years of Restaurant Kitchen experience required Must be able to work weekdays, weeknights & weekends We offer good pay, discount meals, recognition, and advancement based on merit.
