Bilingual Leasing Consultant

WHAT YOU'LL DO: Welcome prospective residents and deliver outstanding apartment tours. Promote floor plans, amenities, pricing, and leasing specials. Respond to phone, email, and online inquiries. Follow up with prospects and turn leads into leases. Process applications, guest cards, and move-in paperwork. Assist residents and support daily property operations. Maintain an inviting leasing office and model apartments. Support marketing efforts and occupancy goals.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: At least 6 months of apartment leasing experience. Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).Excellent customer service and communication skills. A professional, dependable, and results-driven attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Property management software experience is a plus. Available to start immediately.
