$16.00hr - $21.00hr Job Overview: Maintains, updates, and communicates relevant information regarding master data, delivery schedules, stock-and-order status, and contract information from suppliers, procurement, and logistic service providers. Analyzes operational logistic status, informs involved stakeholders adequately, and derives and implements alternative measures to adapt to changing situations. Completes and communicates deficiency and status reports regarding material and product availability for Project Logistics Management (PLM). Documents and processes complaints or transport damages in cooperation with accountable stakeholders, and proposes and implements remedial measures with transport service providers. Coordinates return of logistic infrastructure and on-site equipment used in support of Project Logistics Management, and steers respective logistics operations with service providers. Supports PLM in the development, calculation, and implementation of logistic contingency measures. Supports PLM in concluding project evaluations and advancing the project-specific process of customer supply. May support PLM in tender preparation as well as supplier evaluation. Applies professional technological, economical, or scientific knowledge, methods, tools, and principles to differing and variable situations. Solves assigned, non-routine tasks to contribute to projects or assignments and supports the development of guidelines, methods, tools, or business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
The candidate is expected to contribute to and deliver business processes or detailed technology solutions in a self-managed and target-oriented manner, contributing to team results. Focuses on analyzing, developing, testing, or implementing processes, technologies, and systems in their specific field of expertise, from first principles. Targets are short to medium term (characterized as milestones), and achievements are monitored. The successful candidate may provide functional advice to and integrate services of operational staff or semi-professional colleagues. Must have reliable transportation to the site. Experience and Knowledge: Typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience in their field of work and qualification, or a Master's degree for entry level. Good knowledge in a technical field or business method, including basic theoretical background. Develops a basic business understanding. Contributes to team effort with awareness of expected value add. May improve processes, business methods, or technical components.
