Key responsibilities:
Review and interpret commercial contracts to ensure alignment with policies and legal requirements
Monitor contract performance for compliance with terms and service milestones throughout the contract life cycle
Draft, negotiate, and finalize contractual terms with stakeholders, clients, vendors, and partners
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a health-related field (preferred)
4+ years of experience in contracting, including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
Proven proficiency in contract analysis and negotiations
Experience with industry-specific contracts, such as technology and licensing agreements
Strong ability to review and summarize contract terms and provide meaningful feedback to stakeholders
