VP of Finance & Operations Scale Growth (Remote)

Peace Out Inc. is seeking a hands-on VP Finance to strengthen the company's financial foundation and forecasting discipline. Reporting to the Founder & CEO, you will lead budgeting, cash flow management and cross-functional partnership across wholesale, Amazon and DTC. You will build scalable financial infrastructure, partner with leadership on pricing and margins, and drive governance across multi-channel operations in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.
