Attorney - Construction Litigation - Remote

Compensation: $200,000-$300,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications, with bonuses based on settlements, with terms individually negotiated. Manage plaintiff-side personal injury and civil litigation matters* Develop litigation strategies, assess liability and damages, identify available insurance coverage, and prepare cases for trial. Conduct written discovery, document review, evidence analysis, and factual investigations to build persuasive cases. Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, corporate representatives, medical providers, and expert witnesses. Evaluate medical records, treatment histories, expert opinions, lost wages, future medical expenses, pain and suffering, and other recoverable damages. Analyze insurance policies, policy limits, coverage positions, reservation-of-rights letters, claim denials, and settlement opportunities. Address insurance coverage disputes, denied or delayed claims, property damage claims, and potential insurance bad faith issues as they arise. Negotiate with defense counsel, insurance adjusters, claims representatives, and opposing parties to pursue favorable settlements. Strong personal injury or civil litigation experience; Familiarity with insurance claims, coverage issues, and negotiations with insurers.* Excellent legal writing, courtroom advocacy, and case management skills.* Assertive, results-driven attorney who can manage cases independently and collaborate with our team.
