Host Home Provider

Host Home Provider Continuum of Colorado is seeking compassionate and committed Host Home Providers in Boulder, Thornton, Broomfield, Longmont, or nearby areas to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a safe and caring home environment. As a contracted provider, you'll open your home and your heart to help someone thrive in a community-based setting.

Continuum of Colorado is particularly seeking Host Home Providers who can offer wheelchair-accessible homes, and those with the capacity to support individuals requiring intensive behavioral or medical care. The contract rate for this position is reflective of the level of support required by the individual you will be working with. Individuals with higher support needs will have a corresponding higher rate, while those with lower support needs will have a more moderate rate. This structure ensures that compensation is aligned with the unique requirements of each individual's care. Contracted Host Home Providers are contractors and not employees; therefore, they are not eligible for company benefits.
