Orthodontist

Job Description: Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized orthodontic treatment plans for children, adolescents, and adults. Provide comprehensive orthodontic treatment using appropriate fixed and removable appliances and clear aligner therapy. Monitor treatment progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate. Educate patients and families on treatment recommendations, expectations, oral hygiene, and ongoing care. Collaborate with general dentists, pediatric dentists, and other specialists to coordinate multidisciplinary treatment. Maintain accurate and thorough clinical records. Deliver an exceptional patient and family experience throughout the course of treatment. Follow all applicable clinical, infection control, OSHA, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements. Contribute to the development and growth of orthodontic services at the practice.

Requirements: DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school. Completion of an accredited orthodontic residency program. Active Massachusetts dental license or eligibility to obtain licensure. Applicable certifications and registrations required to practice. Strong clinical skills and a commitment to excellent patient outcomes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when working with patients and families. Collaborative, team-oriented approach to patient care.
