Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key clinical provider in the delivery of high-quality care.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of endocrine conditions, including diabetes, thyroid disorders (hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism), hormone imbalances, and infertility. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Refer patients to appropriate specialty services as needed.
- Provide clear communication and education to patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive
thorough and accurate documentation within the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
Collaborate with referring physicians, specialists, and care teams to ensure seamless patient care.
Provide clinical oversight to nurses, technologists, and support staff within the practice.
Stay compliant with HIPAA, NYS DOH, CMS, and relevant payer guidelines.
Contribute to the development of a sustainable patient panel aligned with practice growth objectives.
