Work Environment: This position is based onsite at our Freehold facility, where you will engage with both patients and fellow healthcare professionals in a supportive and collaborative atmosphere. The Orthopedic Outpatient Unit operates Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a structured schedule that allows for work-life balance while maintaining high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, reviewing pertinent history and performing detailed assessments to construct tailored rehabilitation plans. Implement and adapt treatment protocols based on patient evaluations and ongoing feedback, demonstrating adaptability to individual cases and current rehabilitation trends. Document all patient interactions, ensuring accurate and timely recording of progress notes, discharge evaluations, and initial plans of care, facilitating clear communication across multidisciplinary teams. Consult with other healthcare professionals as necessary, identifying and documenting any changes in a patient's condition that may require revisions to treatment plans or additional consultations. Facilitate discharge planning and ensure follow-up care is established, promoting continuity and effectiveness of rehabilitation post-discharge. Participate actively in team meetings and engage with co-workers, physicians, and third-party payors to maintain open and respectful communication. Patient Population / Client FocusAs a Physical Therapist at Regain Rehabilitation & Wellness Center, you will primarily work with orthopedic patients of varying age groups seeking rehabilitation after surgeries, injuries, or chronic pain issues. Your expertise will be vital in helping these individuals regain function, restore movement, and improve their overall quality of life through personalized therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications: Possession of a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is essential. A valid Physical Therapy license as required in the state of New Jersey. Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers from an accredited organization.

Preferred Experience: Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years of direct experience in a physical therapy setting, ideally within outpatient orthopedic care. Experience with electronic health record systems and familiarity with clinical documentation is advantageous. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit are essential for working effectively with our diverse patient base and multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 per year, along with comprehensive benefits that promote health and wellness.
