Senior Construction Superintendent: Lead Projects & Teams

Mortenson Construction is seeking a Superintendent II to coordinate, plan, and supervise assistant superintendents, contractors, and craft activities on a major project. You will develop and manage schedules, review plans for constructability, and lead safety, quality, and process improvements onsite. The role requires extensive construction management experience, detailed planning, and ability to travel up to 100%. A driver’s license and strong customer-service orientation are essential.
