Superintendent

What You’ll Do: Lead daily jobsite operations and coordinate subcontractors and trades Monitor safety, quality, schedule, and overall project progress Review drawings, plans, and project documentation Use Bluebeam and Procore to support field coordination and documentation Identify challenges early and drive practical solutions Work closely with subcontractors, GCs, vendors, and project teams Help deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard What We’re Looking For 3–5+ years of commercial construction experience Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Field Supervisor, General Foreman, or similar field leadership experience Strong experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and trades Confident reading and interpreting construction drawings Working knowledge of Bluebeam Procore experience preferredOSHA certification required (or ability to obtain within 60 days)Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills Ability to work 100% onsite and reliably commute to projects throughout the Baltimore/DMV area Experience with education, government, institutional, laboratory, healthcare, or other complex commercial projects is a plus.
