Responsibilities: Scan client files and format for uploading. Download and transfer client files. Data entry. Special projects as assigned. Work in compliance with company land standards and guidelines. Responsible for upholding our 24-hour communication rule, ensuring timely responses to internal team members to foster effective collaboration. Skills Critical thinker, problem solver and attention to detail. Strong organizational and communication skills. Strong computer skills and proficiency in use of Microsoft Excel. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Able to work independently, as well as in a team setting. Maintain strict confidentiality and integrity. Education/Experience Experience in a related land or data entry role is preferred.
