Senior HR Leader, Bakery Ops - Salt Lake City

Nature’s Bakery, part of Mars, Inc., is seeking a Senior HR Manager for the Salt Lake City bakery. You will lead the HR team, develop and execute people plans, and partner with operations leadership to drive workforce growth, engagement, and retention in a high-volume manufacturing setting. You will report to the Vice President of People, collaborate with onsite talent acquisition partners, a site coordinator, and COE, and lead HR initiatives across the site.
