What You'll Do:
As our Sales Representative, you'll act as the link between real estate opportunities and investors! Negotiating property terms and prices with confidence. Building lasting relationships built on trust. Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets. Tracking daily KPIs to measure and maximize performance. Collaborating with a results-driven team.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Requirements:
Sales experience Proficiency with basic computer applications Strong phone communication skillsA positive self-motivated mindset The drive to succeed in a competitive environment

Physical Requirements:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Ability to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods (up to 80% of the time) operating a computer and communicating via phone/headset. Ability to operate standard office equipment and perform computer-based data entry and analysis.
Work Environment:
This job is performed in a competitive, fast-paced sales environment focused on lead conversion and negotiation success. The role requires the ability to manage stress associated with financial targets and time-sensitive deal cycles.
