Applicants should be enrolled in a graduate program and possess the following:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Ability to find, evaluate, and use information to solve problems
Experience in data evaluation and analysis
Duties Description:
The Policy Intern will work in Executive Office and perform duties that include but are not limited to:
Collaborating with the Executive Office and Department of Public Service staff to advance regulatory priorities and initiatives.
Drafting briefing documents and reports on a range of policy and legislative priorities.
Conducting research and analysis on utility regulation, ratemaking, clean energy, and electric and gas system planning.
Supporting the development and implementation of policy and outreach initiatives
Additional Information: Salary: $21.22/hour.
Hours: Up to 30 hours per week.
Remote Work: A hybrid work schedule may be possible.
