Director of Technical Training & Development

Heartland Food Products Group is seeking a Director of Training Development to lead our Training Center in Indianapolis. You will oversee New Employee Orientation, Compliance Training, certifications, and the rollout of new technical training across operations and the distribution center. The role requires steering the development of a GMP-compliant training environment, creating equipment- and process-specific curricula, and aligning training with regulatory requirements.
