Seeking passionate and experienced instructors, the part-time Instructor in Latino Studies will develop and deliver online and hybrid courses focused on the U.S. Chicano/Latino experience, while engaging students through culturally competent teaching methodologies and maintaining academic integrity.
Key responsibilities: Develop and update course syllabi in consultation with academic program management Prepare and deliver course materials, assessments, and communicate learning objectives to students Evaluate student performance, assign grades, and respond to student inquiries in a timely manner
Required qualifications: Advanced degree from an accredited institution Local and available to teach online Current knowledge and demonstrated proficiency in the subject area Commitment to high academic standards and integrity Proficiency in instructional technology and online teaching tools
