Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney

Location: Phoenix, Arizona. Hybrid schedule with up to two remote days per week, while maintaining regular in-office collaboration and direct client contact.

Note: Candidates must have an active Arizona Bar license, 3+ years of commercial litigation experience, and hands-on trial experience. Trial experience is a firm requirement for consideration.

Job Description: Manage commercial and business litigation matters through key stages of the litigation lifecycle Develop case strategy with a practical understanding of each client's business objectives Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other litigation documents Handle depositions, hearings, negotiations, and other contested proceedings Prepare cases for trial and actively participate in courtroom proceedings Conduct legal research and develop persuasive written and oral arguments Communicate directly with clients and clearly explain complex legal issues and strategic options Collaborate with attorneys and staff while independently driving assigned matters forward
