Senior Labor & Employment Counsel — Hybrid Leader

ALDI is seeking a Senior Labor and Employment Counsel to provide strategic guidance on labor relations and employment matters. The role leads the Labor and Employment team, partners with executives and HR, and collaborates with outside counsel to mitigate risk and advance company objectives. Applicants must have a J.D., Illinois licensure or ability to obtain, and a minimum of seven years’ progressive legal experience in labor and employment.
