This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated engineer to gain hands-on experience in RF and mixed-signal circuit design, working alongside senior designers from concept through silicon validation.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design and simulation of RF and analog/mixed-signal circuits, such as LNAs, PAs, mixers, oscillators, PLLs, TIAs, ADC/DAC blocks, biasing and reference circuits Perform schematic design, simulation, and analysis (noise, linearity, stability, PVT, Monte Carlo)Support layout review and parasitic-aware simulation in collaboration with layout engineers Participate in chip bring-up, lab measurements, and silicon debug Document designs, simulation results, and measurement data Work closely with cross-functional teams including digital, layout, packaging, and test
Required Qualifications:
MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field Strong fundamentals in analog circuit design and RF principles Familiarity with CMOS/BiCMOS technologies Experience with EDA tools (Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, ADS, or similar)Understanding of device physics, noise, matching, and stability concepts Good communication skills and willingness to learn in a team environment
