This role offers a multidisciplinary team environment with onsite PT, OT, SLP, Audiology, and Aquatic Therapy, plus opportunities for leadership and service-line growth. Our team prides itself on offering world-class, comprehensive services to our patients. We are looking to expand upon our Neurorehabilitation, Electrodiagnostic, Musculoskeletal, and Oncology service lines.
Position Highlights:
- Outpatient, Non-Interventional PM&RFT and PT opportunities available
- Opportunity to cover inpatient 1 weekend per month
- Manage musculoskeletal and neurorehabilitation patients across the lifespan
- Provide EMG/NCV diagnostics and ultrasound-guided procedures (preferred)
- Collaborate with therapists, education, social services, and community resources
- Champion evidence-based, goal-directed care in a transdisciplinary model
- Option to teach residents and medical students at Brown University Health
Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
- Eligible for Rhode Island medical licensure
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team2 3 years clinical experience preferred but not required
Compensation & Benefits:
- Very competitive Base Salary $270-$350k DOE + RVU structure with high earnings potential
- Full Malpractice with tail coverageCME/licensing/DEA allowance: $3,500/year 401(k) with employer match
