Sales Director

🚨 Director of Sales – US | Digital PathologyI’m currently working on a search for a Director of Sales to lead commercial growth across the US.This is a hands-on, hunter-style sales role for someone who enjoys being on the road, building relationships and owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close. What they’re looking for:5–10 years’ customer-facing sales experience 2+ years’ experience within Digital Pathology Experience selling pathology software and/or AI strongly preferred Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota Comfortable managing complex, 2+ year sales cycles Established relationships with senior pathology and laboratory stakeholders Strong understanding of hospitals, labs and specialty labs, particularly GU Pathology / Urology Bachelor's degree or equivalent Someone who can thrive in a smaller, fast-moving environment and operate with a high level of autonomy There is potential to build out and lead a sales team as the company scales over the next 2–3 years.📩 If this sounds like you, or someone in your network, feel free to reach out to me directly.
