Structural Engineer

Responsibilities: Develop repair strategies that improve long-term safety and support code. Coordinate with architects, contractors, specialty consultants, and internal staff Direct or produce repair drawings, specifications, bid documents, and construction-phase reviews. Perform field inspections and quality observations on occupied buildings, active sites, rooftops, and similar environments, and present findings to stakeholders. Review team deliverables and coach/mentor junior engineers. Contribute to proposals and ongoing client development.

Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering (master’s preferred)Active PE license 3+ years in structural, restoration, forensic, rehabilitation, or existing-building consulting. Hands-on experience assessing, investigating failures, and designing repairs. Demonstrated ability to prepare technical reports, construction documents, and recommendations. Experience managing projects full scope, including budget, schedule, and clients. Forensic or failure analysis experience is a plus.
