In this role, you'll balance clinical oversight with hands-on support, guiding staff, coordinating care, and driving quality outcomes across the agency. The annual base salary range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $110,000 - 125,000; however, pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including job-related knowledge, licensure, skills, and experience.
