Our client, a highly regarded full-service law firm, is seeking a Bankruptcy Attorney to join its practice. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced bankruptcy practitioner with deep Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 experience who thrives representing diverse stakeholders in complex matters. What You'll Work On: Handle Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 bankruptcy matters, including complex Chapter 11 cases Represent a wide range of stakeholders- secured and unsecured creditors, committees, Chapter 7 trustees, and debtors Advise on workouts, restructurings, and asset protection strategies for distressed clients across multiple industries Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, proofs of claim, and other bankruptcy-related filings Provide courtroom support and attend creditor meetings Communicate with Trustees, Bankruptcy Courts, local counsel, and debtors' attorneys
