General Superintendent

Key Responsibilities: (Not Exhaustive):Oversee day-to-day construction and deployment activities at multiple data center sites, ensuring project quality, safety, and timelines Coordinate and supervise onsite teams, subcontractors, and vendors across rotating project locations Review drawings, specifications, and schedules to ensure accurate execution and site readiness Conduct site inspections, maintain documentation, and provide progress updates to project leadership Troubleshoot onsite issues and ensure compliance with data center standards and regulatory requirements Travel frequently (up to 75%+) to support active builds, retrofits, and expansion projects. Qualifications & Requirements: 15+ years of progressive construction management experience on the General Contractor side, overseeing large-scale, ground-up data center projects ($100M+).Proven track record with Top ENR-ranked General Contractors. Demonstrated stability in employment, with 5+ years of continuous service at a single company. Extensive experience across various ground-up commercial construction sectors preferred. Expertise in Data Centers on the GC side required. Must be comfortable with working onsite. Must be open to a full time travelling role.
