Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Position Summary:
Bravida Medical is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Team Associate to join our WCRS Operations team. This position is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping and receiving activities, and order fulfillment to ensure products are delivered accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, organized, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong commitment to quality, safety, and customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Shipping, Receiving & Order Fulfillment:
Receive incoming product deliveries and verify shipment accuracy.
Label, inspect, and store materials in designated warehouse locations following quality control requirements.
Pick, pack, and ship daily customer orders accurately and on schedule.
Process shipments using SAP, Pacejet, UPS WorldShip, and other applicable shipping platforms.
Maintain shipping documentation and tracking records.
Troubleshoot shipping issues and coordinate with carriers to resolve delivery delays and discrepancies. Inventory & Warehouse Operations Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organization.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate inventory needs to management.
Update and maintain backorder tracking spreadsheets.
Assist with inventory counts, audits, and reconciliation activities.
Pull expired inventory from warehouse stock and ensure proper disposition according to company procedures.
Maintain warehouse location accuracy and material traceability. Systems & Process Management Complete required transactions and updates within company systems, including SAP, Pacejet, iConnect, and other operational software.
Ensure data accuracy in inventory, shipping, receiving, and order management processes.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse operations. Facility & Workplace Organization Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
Ensure warehouse floors, aisles, and walkways remain free of clutter, debris, and safety hazards.
Assist in maintaining clean common areas and breakroom facilities.
Follow all company safety guidelines, quality standards, and operating procedures.
Work effectively with Operations, Purchasing, Customer Service, Quality, and other internal departments.
Demonstrate strong teamwork, accountability, and professionalism.
Contribute to operational goals related to quality, efficiency, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
Previous experience in warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, manufacturing, or a related environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
Strong time-management and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a self-motivated, fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with SAP, Pacejet, iConnect, or similar ERP/warehouse management systems.
Experience with inventory management and cycle counting.
Experience working in a manufacturing, medical device, healthcare distribution, or warehouse environment.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the workday.
Ability to frequently bend, reach, stoop, push, pull, and move materials.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and material-handling devices as required.

Ensure all customer orders are packed and shipped accurately and on time.
Effectively complete transactions and updates within SAP, Pacejet, iConnect, and related systems.
