International Trade Litigation Associate

Qualifications: 1-3 years of litigation experience in a law firm, government agency, or judicial clerkship. Excellent academic credentials, research skills, and written and oral advocacy abilities. Experience with legal research, motion practice, discovery, and client-facing assignments. Strong interest in government investigations, regulatory enforcement matters, and complex litigation. International trade, customs, tariff, or related regulatory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities: Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, motions, briefs, and other substantive filings. Assist with all phases of discovery, including document review, written discovery, depositions, and witness preparation. Support government investigations, regulatory proceedings, and litigation matters. Assist with international trade counseling and customs-related advice for domestic and multinational clients. Work directly with partners and clients on case strategy, investigations, and dispute resolution. Collaborate across practices on matters involving domestic and international business issues. This position may be filled in Tysons, Virginia. In accordance with applicable Pay Transparency Laws, the pay range for this position in this location is $225,000 - $260,000/yr. An individual's actual compensation will depend on the individual’s qualifications and experience.
