You will work directly with groups of students through regularly planned structured group activities such as recreational therapy, special development groups, and study hours. Ingham Academy is a day treatment program for adjudicated youth. It gives youth involved in the court system a second chance at a high school education. The hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday during the school year. Half days during summer school (paid for full days). This is a salary position. Winter and spring breaks paid.

Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma and solid history working with students. Valid Driver's License Travel Requirement May include transporting students to and from Ingham Academy, appointments, and/or other activities. Chauffeur's license required, or must have ability to obtain. Highfields will reimburse to obtain.
