Scanning Operator

Job Summary: We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Scanning Operator for a contract/temporary opportunity in El Paso, TX. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy structured, hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment where accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality are essential. As a Scanning Operator, you will help process important documents and records through scanning, indexing, quality review, filing, and shipment support. This position offers a stable second-shift schedule, a team-focused environment, and the opportunity to build valuable experience in document management, records processing, data entry, and production operations. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, sort, organize, scan, index, and quality-check high volumes of documents and records. Operate high-speed scanning equipment and review scanned images for clarity, accuracy, and completeness. Re-box, file, archive, and track documents while following chain-of-custody and confidentiality procedures. Receive, sort, log, and process incoming mail, banker boxes, pallets, shipments, outgoing mail, and packages. Perform data entry, maintain accurate records, and support daily production goals in a deadline-driven environment. Provide professional support to coworkers and clients while maintaining a clean, organized, and secure work area.

Pay rate: $15.00 per hour.

Location: El Paso, TX 79932.

Schedule: 2nd shift, Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-10:30 PM.Flexible Saturdays may be required as needed.
