This position is transportation-only, with no nursing responsibilities required during the students school day.
Position Details:
- Full-time, approximately 4 hours per day
- Monday to Friday
- Morning transportation: approximately 7:20 AM to 9:20 AMAfternoon transportation: approximately 1:30 PM to 3:30 PMPick-up and drop-off at the students home in Merrimack, NHFamily provides parking in the driveway
- Student attends school in Massachusetts
- Nurse will ride the bus with the student both to and from school
- No work required during the school day
- Student Needs:
- May have mobility limitations
- Non-verbal and may use an AAC device for communication
- History of epilepsy/seizures
- Nurse should be comfortable providing 1:1 support and monitoring during transportation
Qualifications:
- Active New Hampshire LPN or RN license
- School nursing or pediatric experience preferred
- Comfortable working independently with a student during transportation
- Experience with seizures and medically complex students preferred
- Reliable transportation to the students home in Merrimack
- Contract Details:
- Contract for the school year
