Head of Manufacturing - Scale Complex Hardware Ops

CX2 is seeking a Head of Manufacturing to lead and scale our hardware manufacturing organization in a fast‑paced defense technology environment. This hands‑on leader will own strategy, processes, facilities, and systems to deliver high‑quality products reliably and at increasing volumes. You will guide production planning, DFMA integration, and be a close partner to engineering to ensure design for manufacturability and testability.
