Medical Science Liaison - Rare Disease - Los Angeles, CA (Fully Remote)

Responsibilities: Develop enduring professional relationships with healthcare practitioners and key opinion leaders. Gather insights on unmet medical needs and treatment landscapes; attend and support scientific meetings. Provide truthful, non-promotional medical information and support clinical trials as needed.

Qualifications: Advanced degree in life sciences (MD, DO, PharmD, PhD) or NP/PA licensure with clinical experience. Minimum 7 years of professional experience; Medical Affairs experience in pharma or biotech required. Rare disease experience preferred; knowledge of GCP, FDA, and ethical guidelines required.

Additional Information: Base salary range of $175,000 - $220,000, plus comprehensive benefits and potential bonus. Field-based role requiring 75% travel from a home office, with occasional weekend events. Shionogi Inc.
