As a sales consultant, you'll meet with qualified homeowners, evaluate their painting projects, prepare professional estimates, and confidently guide customers through the decision-making process. You'll receive training, proven sales systems, and the support needed to maximize your success.

What You'll Do: Meet with homeowners to assess interior and exterior painting projects. Prepare accurate, professional estimates using company systems. Build trust through consultative, relationship-focused sales. Present solutions and confidently ask for the sale. Follow up on outstanding opportunities and maintain an organized sales pipeline. Work closely with production to ensure an outstanding customer experience. Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development.

What We're Looking For: Driven, competitive, and goal-oriented. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable discussing pricing and handling objections professionally. Coachable with a desire to continuously improve. Organized, self-motivated, and accountable. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
