Dementia Day Center Activity Coordinator

CarePartners is seeking an Activity Program Assistant for our Dementia Day Center. You will design engaging activities to boost cognitive function, social interaction, and overall well-being while maintaining a warm, inclusive atmosphere. You will support participants through daily schedules, assist with ADLs, and help ensure safety and sanitation in a patient-first environment dedicated to enriching lives of older adults with dementia.
