Aria Glass NY, a specialty glass contractor serving residential and commercial clients across the New York metro area, is seeking a part-time Marketing Coordinator to strengthen our brand presence and support business development.
About the role: The Marketing Coordinator will manage our marketing across digital and print channels, showcasing our work in shower enclosures, glass railings, storefronts, curtain walls, and custom architectural glass. This is a hands-on position for a self-directed professional who can both create content and keep marketing efforts organized, working closely with company leadership.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence (Instagram, LinkedIn), featuring project photography and completed installations
  • Develop marketing collateral, including brochures, proposals, and email campaigns
  • Maintain and update website content in coordination with our web team
  • Coordinate the company's presence at trade shows and industry events, including materials and follow-upSupport outreach and relationship-building with architects, general contractors, and design partners
  • Ensure a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels xhqgsiq Qualifications 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Strong writing skills and a strong eye for design
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage projects independently
  • Experience in construction, architecture, or design is a plus
