Quality Assurance Test Lead

Responsibilities: Lead testing activities across multiple projects, releases, and production support initiatives Develop and maintain test strategies, test plans, schedules, and resource estimates Coordinate Functional, Integration, End-to-End, Regression, and UAT testing efforts Facilitate defect triage meetings and drive issue resolution Monitor testing progress, quality risks, and release readiness Provide status reporting, quality metrics, and executive-level updates Ensure adherence to QA standards, methodologies, and best practices Promote continuous improvement of testing processes and regression coverage Requirements: Experience leading QA teams and testing efforts for enterprise applications Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and release management Experience with Azure Dev Ops or similar test management tools Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Desired skills: Utility, billing, or Customer Information System (CIS) experience Experience supporting large-scale enterprise transformation programs Exposure to automation, API testing, and data validation practices Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis 10 employees will be considered for this position.
