Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship and social interaction to our residents, engaging them in activities that promote relaxation and enjoyment
- Maintain a safe and clean environment, ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents
- Assist with daily living activities, such as grooming and bathing, as needed
- Develop meaningful relationships with our residents, understanding their unique needs and preferences
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support
