Senior Director of Advancement Lowell, MAWe’re hiring a Senior Director of Advancement who wants to lead fundraising strategy while staying personally involved in the relationships that drive philanthropic growth. You’ll step into a hands-on leadership role managing a donor portfolio, cultivating significant gifts, developing institutional partnerships, and leading an advancement team. This is an opportunity for an experienced fundraiser who enjoys being a player‑coach while working closely with executive leadership and the Board to advance the organization’s mission.
