Executive Director, Strategic Accounts — Remote (Rare Disease)

Travere Therapeutics in San Diego (remote) seeks a seasoned Executive Director, Strategic Accounts to lead the U.S. SAM organization and drive national account strategy across academic medical centers, IDNs, nephrology practices, and other key healthcare partners. Reporting to the SVP of Sales, you will align cross-functional resources, build scalable account capabilities, manage budgets, and advance patient care through strategic collaborations. Domestic travel up to 50-60% is required.
