Senior Mechanical Engineer: Ultra-Precision Motion Stages

KLA is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to design the next-generation multi-DOF ultra-precision motion stages for high-vacuum environments used in eBeam inspection and review. You will push nanometer-level accuracy, drive from concept through validation, and partner closely with controls, systems, and manufacturing teams. The role requires a PhD/masters/bachelors with 3–8 years in precision mechanics, DFM, and FEA, plus experience with Creo/SolidWorks.
