What You’ll Be Doing: As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay starts and ends with a smile.

Handling phone calls and providing information about the hotel and local area. Resolving guest concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring a smooth front desk operation.
