Refinery Design Lead - Process & Project Expert

PTS Advance seeks a Lead technical expert to oversee the development, maintenance, and application of plant design standards for capital, expense and maintenance projects at our refinery. You will coordinate day-to-day detail engineering, supervise contract designers on site, allocate resources, review designs for compliance, and provide status reports to stakeholders. You will lead technical support for refinery departments and participate in Major Projects Teams through construction and
