Position Overview:
The Inside Sales Specialist supports specialty pharmacy engagement across an immune globulin portfolio. Working closely with field sales representatives, this individual will identify key decision-makers, coordinate qualified meetings, gather market intelligence, and help strengthen specialty pharmacy relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage key decision-makers within targeted specialty pharmacies Schedule qualified meetings between specialty pharmacy stakeholders and field sales representatives Gather market, account, and competitive intelligence to support commercial strategy Support field sales in advancing specialty pharmacy relationships and access Maintain accurate contact, activity, and follow-up records in Salesforce Meet established activity and performance expectations Daily Activity Targets Complete 40 or more outbound call attempts Conduct 10 or more meaningful customer conversations Maintain a target reach rate of 25% or higher
Required Qualifications:
Experience in inside sales, business development, account management, or a related customer-facing role Strong telephone and written communication skills Ability to research accounts and identify appropriate decision-makers Strong organization, scheduling, and follow-through Ability to manage multiple contacts and priorities independently Ability to work effectively in a remote, performance-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, specialty healthcare, or life sciences Familiarity with specialty pharmacy or buy-and-bill environments Understanding of payer, access, or distribution dynamics Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform
