Missions Of The Position Are you interested in contributing to the construction of exceptional ships by participating in the planning and coordination of our industrial activities? Join our teams and contribute to the smooth running of our projects by ensuring the preparation, monitoring, and updating of schedules, in close collaboration with the various actors of production. Within our teams, you will act as an interface with many stakeholders and help ensure the adequacy between needs, available resources, and production objectives. Your work combines preparation and analysis at the office, exchanges with operational teams, and monitoring of the progress of activities. The main duties will be the following: Develop and update activity schedules taking into account production constraints, priorities, available resources, and completion objectives. Monitor the progress of activities and ensure the reliability of planning and production data in dedicated tools. Analyze workloads and capacities to identify any discrepancies and contribute to the implementation of necessary actions. Identify critical points, delays, or deviations and analyze their impact on deadlines and production objectives. Regularly monitor indicators and contribute to the preparation of associated reports. Work closely with operational teams to take into account the realities of the field and adjust planning accordingly. Be a driving force in the organization and scheduling of activities, anticipating future constraints and needs. Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning and scheduling methods, tools, and processes. Profile We Are Looking ForHolder of a Bachelor's degree +2/3 in the field of industrial organization, production management, logistics, industrial engineering, or equivalent training, you ideally have first-hand experience in an industrial environment. Experience in planning, scheduling, or flow management would be appreciated. Comfortable with computer tools, you know how to exploit production and planning data and use office tools, especially Excel. Knowledge of an ERP or planning tools is an asset. Rigorous and methodical, you can analyze information, manage priorities, and anticipate possible difficulties in order to contribute to the respect of deadlines and objectives. Your ability to adapt allows you to manage uncertainties and adjust planning according to the constraints encountered. With a good sense of relationships, you enjoy working in a team and know how to communicate with various stakeholders, especially with operational teams.
