The Role: As Site Manager, you will oversee all on-site activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Managing and coordinating all site operations for residential new build projects Supervising subcontractors, direct labour, and site personnel Ensuring adherence to programme schedules and project milestones Implementing and maintaining strict health, safety, and quality standards Conducting site meetings, reporting progress, and resolving any on-site issues Working closely with project managers, engineers, and design teams Ensuring compliance with building regulations, specifications, and client requirements
